What are your prices?
We operate a fixed pricing model, so you’ll always know the cost of a case before we start the work.

How do I submit my cases to you?
All case submissions are made via our admin mailbox: kdml.admin@sjpp.co.uk
Please ensure you complete and send the relevant Submission Form for the case you’re sending to us, so that our paraplanners have the key information they need to complete the work.
How do we pass files and client data to one another?
All of our paraplanners have SJP email addresses, so client data and documents can be emailed securely.
Alternatively, we’re very happy to pick up information and documents from iBusiness and Salesforce too.
How do we pay you?
We invoice on, or shortly after, the first working day of the month, for any cases completed and signed off by Business Assurance (where required) in the previous calendar month.
Payments are made via bank transfer and we kindly request that invoices are settled within 14 days.

Will our client data be secure?
All IT systems used by us to access, process and store client data, are 100% cloud based and fully comply with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
In line with SJP’s requirements, we undertake annual Cyber Essentials Plus certification – providing independent verification of our robust IT infrastructure.
Where's the catch?!
There isn’t one! We’re happy working with no retainers or minimum case volume commitments.
Quite simply, we hope that we’ll do a good enough job that you’ll want to continue working with us, and not because you feel you have to!
With over 15 years in business, it’s an approach which has served us well.
