Evidencing your ongoing service is a key regulatory focus, and one we're happy to help with

How does the process work?

After you’ve completed the initial meeting with your client, and you understand their needs along with your proposed recommendations, we’ll ask you to provide us with:

  • Our submission form, providing us with the key details about your advice
  • Access to an up-to-date Salesforce record, including supporting soft fact/meeting notes
  • For replacement business, all ceding scheme information that you have available

One of our team will then assess the case file, looking for any errors or omissions to resolve, ensuring you remain compliant.

We'll then gap fill ceding scheme information, either through telephone file notes, or by requesting further information on your behalf.

Once we're happy that your documentation is complete, we'll carry out the research that's required to support your advice, including cost comparisons (critical yields), analysis of guarantees and completing income in retirement calculations.

We'll prepare your new business illustrations, and then write the suitability letter.

Once you are happy with the recommendation and supporting documents, we'll then submit the case on iBusiness, and manage any Business Assurance feedback as required.

Service levels

We understand the pressures you face, to meet your clients needs and expectations.

We'll aim to complete your cases within five working days of receipt, provided of course that we have all required information, documents and systems access to do so.

Like any business, we do experience a couple of busy periods throughout the year, where service levels may be stretched, but if that's the case then we'll aim to let you know in order to manage expectations.

If you ever have a particularly urgent case, then please let us know - we'll always try and accommodate these, especially if there's risk of client detriment.
